Test, learn and grow

Good to see that this will now expand to ten English localities (what about Wales?) with innovation squads to work with front line staff and communities. It’s a great opportunity to find better ways to provide public services. The next challenge will be to use Total Place-type cultural change to make that not a passing breeze but embedded as ‘the way we do things round here’.
